I had a very leaking water meter which my first call Jetset plumbing when Jem arrived he checked out the problem and before he went to get the materials he needed he asked me if I had any other things I needed him to look at.So I had a minor problem with my push down plug in my vanity so we went upstairs to take a look.Jem also took a look under the vanity to find my flick mixer hose were only a matter of weeks away from blowing out which if this had happened it would have done major damage to upstairs and downstairs especially if we were a sleep or nobody at home.This why I love Jetset Plumbing these guy are always on the ball and the only company I will ring for my plumbing needs

Howie came today to give me a quote for a new Hot Water System I was immediately impressed He let me know when he would be arriving- which was earlier than expected He had such a friendly and courteous manner Got straight on the job - I accepted the quote as I had full confidence that he was sincere and would do a professional job He was able to fit the HWS straight away He also pointed out that I needed to replace my Electrical Box as it was out of date - so I agreed He was able to contact Layla who came within the hour to give me a quote for a new one - which will be installed tomorrow Layla was also extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with They were both extremely happy to be working for Jet Set Plumbing which is good to see Both these gentlemen are an asset to your Company and I will certainly be recommending them to my friends Extremely good service - well done

Highly recommend Ben and Jaiden from Jetset plumbing. We required some emergency assistance and after calling multiple plumbers over two days, Jetset was able to attend on the morning and complete the job within the morning. Extremely professional, polite and efficient. The works were completed to a great standard. They tidied up after they were done and they have a shoes off policy and carried their shoes to the bathroom when they needed them, which we appreciated a lot. This was our second time using Jetset and we would definitely use them again. Thanks Ben and Jaiden - great to have running water again!
